The geographical known as “Central Europe” is one homogenous piece of the modern European Union: more than 1,000,000 square kilometers inhabited by more than 150 millions people enjoying middle-high incomes realizing a GDP exceeding € 3,000 biillions means an unique place where to establish and to develop nanotechnologies: 9 Public and Private Institutions from 7 Countries have been funded by Central Europe - a European Union programme that encourages cooperation among central European Countries - to realize NANOFORCE, a 30 months project with the aim to better integrate science, industry, finance, management and regulation to let nanotechnologies to generate their benefits for the present and the future generations in Europe.
